Our own delivery fleet
Unlike many catering providers who use freight couriers, Box Catering uses our own delivery vehicle fleet and our own drivers.
We do this because of the unique way our food is packaged and served. Moreover, our own delivery drivers understand food and service – all of them come from a hospitality background.
Indeed, it is fairly likely that your delivery driver might be a chef who helped prepare your catering or the waiter who will serve it at your event!
Catering for special and unusual venues
The temperature-controlled boxes we use let us cater to a broader-than-usual set of venues. Nothing is too difficult. We have successfully arranged full catering solutions – including hot meals and cold beverages – for events held in:
- Rural barns with no amenities whatsoever
- Small and large boats cruising Sydney Harbour
- Heritage buildings with poor electrical capacity
- Marquees set-up in open grassy fields
- Hi-rise apartments in buildings with limited elevator space
- Conference centres with extremely tight booking times

- Free delivery to venues: within 45-minute radius of inner Sydney
- Delivery to venues incurs standard fee: Areas outside a 45-minute radius – roughly past Cronulla, St Marys and Mona Vale
- Delivery to venues only on arrangement: Wollongong, Gosford, Blue Mountains, Newcastle
